Return & Exchange Policies
If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us by email at returns@busybabywraps.com. Have your order number handy and please let us know the reason for the return or exchange. Please do not return items to our mailing address without prior authorization.  For returns that are not defective we are required to charge a $4.00 restocking fee. Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition within 30 days for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express through simple and secure Paypal access.  Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed.                                                                                                                Sales tax
We charge 6.6% sales tax to orders shipped to Utah.
